Meet The Staff

Phillip W. Sullivan, President
Phillip is a nationally-recognized speaker and trainer who presents a uniquely designed system of advanced selling and closing techniques tailored specifically for Long-Term Care Insurance sales. Phillip has over 30 years of sales success and since 1989 has dedicated his efforts exclusively to LTCI. During that time he managed his own five-man captive sales force which produced $2.5 million in annual LTCI sales. Phillip has trained over 40K financial professionals through live and online classes to successfully compete in the LTCI market.

Phillip has the unique ability to analyze the sales interview, isolate what works and then educate others how to incorporate these abilities into their personal selling styles. Phillip motivates you to reach higher while teaching the skills and providing the tools to make it happen.

David Sweeney, V.P. Systems & Design
David adds a unique asset to SellingLTC.com. He has five years of sales experience as a LTCI field producer and has also studied Computer Science at the University of Virginia. This combination of field experience with his programming background allows David to design and write our website applications in a format that producers can easily understand and navigate. David knows first-hand how a producer needs to receive the information necessary to help close a sale. As a result, SellingLTC.com truly is "Long Term Care Insurance Made Easy™"

Jennifer Ivey, Director of Operations
A native of Tampa, Florida, Jennifer received her Bachelor Degree in Communications from the University of South Florida. Jennifer’s background includes over ten years of administrative, retail and outside sales experience. She has been assisting SellingLTC.com clients since March of 2002.

Ed Sweeney, Website Designer
Ed, a native West Virginian, spent 6 years in the United States Air Force as an electronics repairman and recently retired from Norfolk Southern Corporation where he was Chief Engineer Signals and Communications - Engineering. He came to us with a strong background in data and electronics and has been designing websites for SellingLTC.com since April 2002. Ed currently resides in Salem, VA with his wife Sally.
